"Demand remains high"
They successfully completed their training in spring and have now been officially recognised for their achievements: A total of seven former trainees from the various Roth companies received their examination certificates and bonuses during a ceremony in the Manfred Roth Atrium in Buchenau.
Despite the challenging economic situation, the training graduates do not need to worry about their professional future, emphasised Michael Donges, Head of Human Resources at Roth Industries: "The demand for well-trained specialists remains high." In addition to a successful professional career in the respective field of work, there are many other options open to young professionals: From master craftsman or technician school to in-depth professional qualifications and university studies. Michael Donges also thanked the specialist trainers at the various Roth companies, who had helped make the successful training and examination results possible with their great commitment.
The Roth graduates of spring 2025 achieved an average final grade of "good": "This reflects the quality of our training and we are very satisfied with it," emphasised the HR manager. Together with Managing Partner Claus-Hinrich Roth, Works Council Chairman Ralf Freund and Maximilian Boß from the youth employee representative body, he not only presented the graduates with their examination certificates, but also with information about bonus payments for particularly successful graduates.
Leon Müller, Leon Riesen and Viktor Robert Wittemann completed their training as industrial mechanics at Roth Composite Machinery's Niedereisenhausen and Burgwald sites.
Philipp Becker completed his training as an industrial mechanic at Roth Hydraulics in Eckelshausen.
At Roth Plastic Technology in Wolfgruben, Tim Kohlberger completed his training as an electronics technician and Viola Elvira Krämer her training as a process mechanic.
Muhammed Gürer completed his training as a process mechanic at Roth Werke in Buchenau.
