EHA Composite Machinery has taken over the Filament Winding activities of Waltritsch & Wachter

EHA Composite Machinery has taken over the Filament Winding activities of Waltritsch & Wachter, Bodnegg-Rotheidlen, with immediate effect. The subsidiary company of Roth Industries intends to expand this business area, also to be established in the international competition even more successful.

Dr. Andreas Reimann, Managing Director of EHA Composite Machinery explained: “With our Filament Winding (FW) machinery and equipment as well as our expertise for complex production facilities, we belong to the world market leaders in this sector. Our aim is to meet new applications as well as technological and economical requirements that are developing continuously with flexibility and future orientation.”

By the merger of the know-how and the activities of both companies at EHA, synergies are created that will put EHA in a position to solve customer’s requirements and tasks on an even broader technological basis. Klaus Ritter, Sales Director at EHA, said: ”A special focus is placed on the realisation of economic and operation-reliable winding processes for our customers. Our decision to take over the FW activities of Waltritsch & Wachter is additionally generating good impulses for that.” The business activity is located at EHA Composite Machinery GmbH in Steffenberg. Both companies are working together for realising a smooth transition of this business field to guarantee a long-term support of customers of Waltrisch & Wachter by EHA.
