Karsten Justus is now a fully trained Electronics Technician, Manual Roth a Warehouse Logistics Specialist and Lars Schüttler an Industrial Mechanic. All of the apprentices were given a job upon completion of their training – many on a permanent basis.
Chair of the Works Council Ralf Freund and Head of HR Michael Donges congratulated the newly qualified specialists. Together, they praised the apprentices’ achievements and the commitment of their supervisors. “The completion of training is the basis of a successful career. We’re very proud that we’ve provided so many young people with a platform for solid professional training and a successful career,” explained Michael Donges. In addition to their bonuses, each former apprentice received a small gift at the ceremony.
On 1 August, 21 new apprentices and trainees made their first foray into the world of work at Roth Industries, bringing the total number of apprentices, one-year trainees and “Studium Plus” students in the Group’s training programmes up to around 75. |
