Training Information Day at Roth - Information day for school students, parents and teachers on 4 June 2016 at Roth Industries in Buchenau
The event is especially focused on pupils from classes eight to twelve who are looking out for the right career choices and apprenticeship vacancies for when they leave school. At its “Training Information Day”, Roth will provide details on the various training opportunities and courses of study on offer within the Roth Group. Personnel managers, trainees and trainers will be on site to help school students search out the right profession, to answer questions on training and professional development and to give useful tips on making applications. A tour of our plant operations is also included in the program. As Roth Personnel Manager Michael Donges explains: “We’ll be providing exciting hands-on activities, for example one which allows the teenagers try out their craftsmanship skills. We will also be taking a look at application documents and giving tips on how to structure your application documents correctly.”
Roth offers training to recognized qualifications in eight different commercial, technical and industrial professions. As Michael Donges says on the topic, “At Roth, training opens up great opportunities for a successful future career. Achieving recognised qualifications forms the base you need to develop further along an interesting career path. We rely on a robust, modern training concept that is continually being developed under the guidance of our experienced training supervisors.”
Roth’s “Training Information Day” was very well attended last year – we played host to about 200 guests, informing about their professional options at our company. That success was a good reason to repeat the event again this year!
