Apprentices at Roth Industries receive their trade proficiency certificates

Nine apprentices have successfully completed their training at the Roth Industries Group. At a graduation ceremony on 21 October 2016, Head of HR Michael Donges presented trade proficiency certificates and bonuses of €650 in recognition of their achievements. He congratulated the apprentices at Roth Composite Machinery, Roth Hydraulics, Roth Plastics Technology and Roth Werke on their success.

At Roth Composite Machinery in Steffenberg, Sarah Eckhardt completed her training as Industrial Management Assistant. Meanwhile, Daniel Burk at Roth Hydraulics in Biedenkopf is now qualified Warehouse Operator, while Marvin Wagner has successfully finished his training as Cutting Machine Operator. At Roth Plastic Technology in Wolfgruben, Julian Hartmann and Andreas Hebener completed their training as Process Mechanics. At the Roth Werke sites in Buchenau, Julia Linda Kotas and Tim Christian Schacherl are now fully trained Warehouse Operators. Both will continue with the training as Warehouse Logistics Specialist. Further at Roth Werke, Stella Evelbauer and Anna-Maria Löser finished their training as Industrial Management Assistant. All of the apprentices were given a job upon completion of their training.

Head of HR Michael Donges congratulated the newly qualified specialists on behalf of the shareholders and the management. The supervisors from the Roth companies and Chair of the Work Council Ralf Freund joined the congratulations. Together, they praised the apprentices’ achievements.

“The completion of training is the basis of a successful career. We’re very proud that we’ve provided so many young people with a platform for solid professional training and a successful career,” explained Michael Donges. In addition to their bonuses, each former apprentice received a small gift at the ceremony.
