Roth bids farewell to 12 long-standing employees as they enter retirement


Roth Industries held a farewell ceremony for 12 long-standing employees who are retiring. Altogether they have worked 417 years for Roth. Directors, HR managers, members of the workers’ council and supervisors paid tribute to the staff members and looked back on their careers with the company.

Peter Jeschonnek worked at Becker Plastics in Datteln for 47 years. Another 48 years, Lorenz Emmer has been employed at Roth Composite Machinery in Burgwald. Manfred Grüneberg and Armin Spleis, went into retirement after almost 49 years of dedicated work at Roth Hydraulics in Eckelshausen. Margarete Kaddik worked for Roth Plastic Technology in Wolfgruben for 17 years, Siegfried Endler as well as Albrecht Böhme can look back on 25 years of active service at Roth Umwelttechnik in Bischofswerda. The engagement of Ingird Kamm 43 years, Wolfgang Hoffmann 43 years, Horst Fogl 21 years, Friedhlem Frey 28 years and Josef Schwab 23 years contributed to the success of the Roth Werke in Buchenau.

Manfred Roth, owner of the family-run company, expressed his pride in and gratitude for their loyalty and the results achieved through a concerted effort. Roth bade farewell to the long-standing employees, wishing them all the very best for their retirement. Head of HR Michael Donges presented the career paths’ of the staff members. The official ceremony was completed by a shared dinner, for all participants.
