Roth expands its presence in northern Europe - New building and warehouse
For the opening ceremony in May 2019, the Roth entrepreneurial family and Matthias Donges, CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of Roth Industries, came to Frederikssund from Dautphetal-Buchenau. Together with around 100 employees led by Morten Voss, CEO Roth North Europe and Per Kronil, Group Market Director, they celebrated the building's grand opening. The guests included Mayor John Schmidt Andersen along with other partners from political and business spheres.
Manfred Roth thanked the employees for their commitment on behalf of the family business. He emphasized: "Our company is familial, dynamic and responsible. We are proud that Roth North Europe has grown so much with these values as a foundation. Acting responsibly and maintaining long-term partnerships are important guiding philosophies of our company principles.“ Matthias Donges stated that "We are pleased that Roth North Europe is developing very successfully and that we are able to establish a basis for further growth and to strength our market positions with this new building complex." This site will deliver to the markets of Norway, Sweden, Finland, the Baltic states and Great Britain as well as Denmark. Over the last two years, the number of employees at Roth North Europe has increased by 20 percent.
Effective warehousing and order processing
With this expansion, Roth North Europe is doubling its number of loading ramps. The warehouse enables larger delivery quantities, faster processing of customer orders and more effective storage of Roth floor heating and cooling systems, pipe installation systems and storage systems. A welcome centre with a cafeteria for suppliers and collectors underlines the welcoming culture at Roth.
The company used its own product systems for the new building complex. Roth floor heating and cooling systems are installed both in the warehouse as well as the office building, ensuring comfortable temperatures and optimal drinking water hygiene. Energy-efficient regulation is accomplished using the radio-based Roth Touchline control system.
In 1997, the Roth family company took over the Lintech company in Slangerup, Denmark along with its subsidiaries in Sweden and Norway, and has operated them under the Roth brand since 2000. The company was expanded to Finland and Great Britain.
