Roth donates rainwater tank to charity

Buchenau-based Roth Werke once again supported the 2019 advent calendar competition run by Biedenkopf Lions Club. The company donated a Roth rainwater tank by Roth Umwelttechnik from Bischofswerda. It was won by Frank Kehr of Bottenhorn.

Bodo Schröckert, Head of Purchasing for Roth explained: "We’re very happy that our participation in the Lions Club’s advent calendar initiative has given joy to two parties – to the prize winner and to the organisations who will benefit from the proceeds of the calendar sales."

The Biedenkopf Lions Club is once again using the proceeds of sales of the advent calendar to support projects and facilities for children in the Marburg-Biedenkopf region. Hidden behind the doors of the advent calendar were prizes and vouchers donated by local companies to help in the good cause. The effort involved a total of 100 prizes to a value of around 8,000 euros.

Roth Umwelttechnik in Bischofswerda develops innovative system solutions for water and sewage treatment technology. The range of products includes tanks with capacities of up to 6,000 litres and complete pre-assembled systems. For more information, visit www.roth-umwelttechnik.com.
