Roth donates rainwater tank to charity

This winter, Buchenau-based Roth Werke has once again supported the 2020 advent calendar competition run by Biedenkopf Lions Club. The company has donated three Roth rainwater tanks from Roth Umwelttechnik in Bischofswerda. Luck was on the side of Sandra Pelda from Kirchhain, who has now received her prize.

Bodo Schröckert, Head of Purchasing for Roth explained: "Our participation in the Lions Club’s advent calendar initiative has again brought joy to two parties this year – to the prize winner and to the organisations who will benefit from the proceeds of the calendar sales."
The Biedenkopf Lions Club is once again using the proceeds of sales of the advent calendar to support projects and facilities for children in the Marburg-Biedenkopf region. Hidden behind the doors of the advent calendar were prizes and vouchers donated by local companies to help in the good cause. The effort involved a total of 91 prizes to a value of around 8,000 euros.
