Safeguarding the future for the family-owned company Roth - third generation appointed to the Management Board
As a result, they are to become additional managing shareholders in the parent company of all Roth companies. Together with current directors Manfred Roth and Matthias Donges, they now bear legal responsibility for Roth Industries and for the continued development of the Roth Group.
Manfred Roth said: “I am absolutely delighted that my children are committing themselves to the company and are taking on additional important management duties. Roth will remain a family-owned company for the next generation as well.”
Claus-Hinrich Roth, who holds a degree in Business Management, heads up the international Finance and Accounting division of Roth Industries in his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He has been working at the Group since 2001.
Christin Roth-Jäger joined the company in 2001 and manages the Energy Systems sector in her capacity as Chief Operating Officer (COO). With a degree in Economics, she has also been Managing Director of Roth Werke since 2014.
Dr Anne-Kathrin Roth, who also has a degree in Economics, is head of the Sanitary Systems and Environmental Systems divisions as Chief Operating Officer (COO). She has been at the company since 2010.
In these roles, they are members of the Executive Board – the most senior operational management committee of the Roth Group. Manfred Roth heads the board as the president. As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Matthias Donges has an overarching managerial role in the Roth Industries Group. The board also includes Chief Operating Officer (COO) Alfred Kajewski, who manages all relevant functional areas in the Industrial Technology division.

The medium-sized family-owned company’s areas of expertise are energy, water and plastics. Roth Industries is represented throughout the world through various firms with some 1,250 employees and 25 production and sales companies. The company is fully owned by the Roth family.

The investment goods and durables of Industrial Solutions supply the following industries globally: automotive, aerospace, renewable energies, hydraulics, medicine and transportation, as well as the domestic sector. With its range of energy storage systems, floor heating and cooling systems and composite technologies, the company is one of the global market leaders.
The Roth Group includes Roth Werke in Dautphetal, Roth Composite Machinery in Steffenberg and Burgwald, Roth Hydraulics in Biedenkopf, Roth Plastic Technology in Dautphetal, Roth Umwelttechnik in Bischofswerda, the Roth branches abroad and the pipe manufacturer Becker Plastics in Datteln.
