Apprentices at Roth Industries receive their trade proficiency certificates
At Roth Composite Machinery in Burgwald, Thorsten Jakob and Philipp Naumann completed their training as Industrial Mechanics. At Roth Plastic Technology in Wolfgruben, Marvin Lange completed his training as Process Mechanic. At the Roth Werke sites in Buchenau, Onur Sümen completed his training as Process Mechanic as well. All of the apprentices were given a job upon completion of their training.
Claus-Hinrich Roth congratulated all of them on behalf of the Roth company and praised their achievements. Chair of the Works Council Ralf Freund and youth representative Nickolas Plack congratulated the newly qualified specialists. Together, they praised the apprentices’ achievements and the commitment of their supervisors. “The completion of training is the basis of a successful career. We’re very proud that we’ve provided so many young people with a platform for solid professional training and a successful career,” explained Head of HR Michael Donges. In addition to their bonuses, each former apprentice received a small gift at the ceremony.
Ideal combination of theory and practice
The industrial apprentices receive intensive theoretical and practical teaching by dedicated trainers at Roth Industries’ central training workshop. The skills they learn equip them for the challenges of day-to-day working life at an industrial company. The management apprentices follow an in-house training plan in the business management departments, where the emphasis is on practical knowledge. Their training is rounded off by in-house teaching covering the subjects taught at vocational college and preparing them for intermediate and final exams.
