Roth successfully certified to ISO 9001:2015

Roth Werke in Buchenau and Roth Umwelttechnik in Bischofswerda both passed their eighth quality management audit in June, the first to be conducted to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The certification body TÜV Süd attested that the manufacturer of energy and sanitary systems had continued to improve its quality management system since its last audit. The auditors looked at the entire value chain, from development and manufacture right through to sales, and praised the orderly way in which Roth was implementing the standard. ISO 9001:2015 stipulates much tougher requirements than its predecessor in terms of process orientation and incorporates customer perception and the views of business partners even more closely. Sascha Allissat, a member of the Roth Managing Board, emphasised: “We are constantly striving to make quality improvements and spotting areas where there is potential. The audit, which we passed first time, underlines how we’re on the right track with our efforts and our business processes are aligned with our customer focus.”
