For many decades, the companies of the Roth Group have offered qualified training in commercial, technical and industrial professions with many opportunities for further training and prospects for your future career. Each year, we hire about 25 trainees and currently employ about 70 trainees (including StudiumPlus). The employment rate after the apprenticeship is over 90 percent. We are constantly developing our well-founded and modern training concept under the guidance and support of our experienced trainers.
As a commercial trainee, you will switch between the different departments after about 3 months. In addition, you will receive company training at Roth, in which you will work on vocational school topics in a timely manner and prepare for exams in a targeted manner. Shortly before the exam dates, the company lessons take place weekly and the trainees receive intensive support from the company lecturer.
In-company training is an essential and formative component of the apprenticeship. The combination of in-company and vocational school lessons, training in the training workshop, getting to know different departments and companies of the Roth Group has proven to be a successful training concept. Roth offers young people the latest media and training methods so that they are qualified beyond today's job requirements. In addition, Roth offers trainees who perform well the opportunity to complete part of their training at a Roth company abroad.
As an industrial trainee, you will be taught theoretical content in Roth Industries' in-house training workshop, and you will learn to work practically, take responsibility and work as part of a team. You will be able to put the qualifications you have learned into practice in the individual departments within the company. Learning units in the central training workshop in Buchenau and practical phases in the specialist departments of the respective Roth companies alternate over a period of several weeks.
